A Word from Pastor Brandon: Kids Safety In Our Parking Lot

As the weather improves, we love seeing families congregating outside after services enjoying fellowship and catching up with one another. This is a wonderful thing! At the end of each summer month we will be having Sweet Treat Sundays, where we offer ice cream snacks in the corner parking lot and will spend time enjoying each others company after each service. In light of this, I want to remind the church family that we need to be vigilant about our kids safety in the parking lot.
There are many vehicles that come and go and the parking lot can be a dangerous space for children. As Pastor Jon mentioned in our June family meeting, we ask that children under 12 not be left unattended or run/play in the parking lot. It’s common, (and good!), for kids to play together and we want to do our best to create a safe environment as cars are entering and exiting the parking lot.
